Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are provided by USPS for orders delivered within the United States, and International Priority for orders shipped internationally.

Tracking numbers are sent out when orders have been received by the shipping company, however it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be processed.

Who pays for the customs duties and taxes?

Orders with destinations outside of the USA may be subject to additional charges including customs clearance fees, import duty, taxes, and other related charges imposed by countries at the point of entry.

Customers are responsible for settlement of all customs, import and associated shipping fees.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship Worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

US orders take 3-8 business days, orders to Canada take 5-10 business days, and International orders can take 10-20 business days.

Can I change something on my order?

If you need to change, add or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process orders quickly, once it is processed we will be unable to make any changes.

What if the product is damaged in transit?

If there are any issues during shipment, we ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, so that we can assess and send you a replacement.
