Shipment Information
Our products are printed on-demand by our printing partners in California, where a typical order can take 2-7 business days to be prepared for shipment. The shipping speed and price is dependent on the type of product being ordered and the final destination.
Orders with destinations outside the USA may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duty, and other related charges imposed by countries at point of entry, these fees are not included in our shipping fees. It is the responsibility of the customer for settlement of these fees with their local delivery companies.

Returns/Exchanges
We are happy that you have chosen to do business with us, and we strive to provide you with a quality product with great online purchasing experience. But please understand that things can happen which is out of our control.
Should you find any issues with the product you have purchased, please contact us at support@guyanagarments.com within 10 days after receiving the product so that we can resolve any issues you may have.
Unfortunately we do not provide any exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes or products ordered.
If you find your product was damaged in the mail, please provide photos in an email to support@guyanagarments.com so that we can resolve shipping issues, and get a replacement or refund back to you.
